Caleb - at 30 months

This boy ....

1. talks a lot more now.

2. pretends to be little mammy, little daddy, little mama (grandma) etc

3. knows what will make us angry and will tell us - cannot touch this, cannot do that or else mammy/daddy will be angry ..... but after saying that, he proceeds to do what he is not supposed to do...

4. watches a lot more tv (elmo, thomas train, mickey mouse club house)

5. pretends to be his soft toy (e.g we have a mickey mouse wearing a scarf. he will take the scarf and be mickey mouse)

6. likes going to playgroup. will tell me what goes on in class (after questions from me)

7. likes 'mamee' mian, likes sweets ... always say 'take one only ok' but he meant take one at a time coz after the first one, he will ask for another. he also dares to take 'hot' sweets ... much to the amusement of the adults

8. is a crying bun now and his crying is very long-winded. This happens when he does not have sufficient sleep. From experience,I realised that patience is required to help him to calm down and let him run his course of crying bun act.
